"Old and In the Way"

This member meeting will feature a live art demonstration by our very own GCWS member and First-place Winner of our 2024 Annual Show, Tom Schroeder!  Tom calls this art demonstration "Old and In the Way" because it features techniques for painting scenes depicting old and distressed surfaces: rust, weathered wood, corroded chrome, and peeling paint.  Join us and learn tips that you can employ to enhance your own paintings.

GCWS member meetings typically consist of a time to socialize before a brief business meeting, followed by an artist demonstration, member "show and tell", open studio, or special art excursion.
