GCWS Plein Air in Washington Park

GCWS members gathered in Cincinnati's Washington Park for a morning of plein air painting.  The weather was a little cloudy with a few raindrops, but we were comfortable painting under a nice shelter at The Porch with background music, friendly people and happy dogs! Washington Park has many different types of features which are of interest to painters including fountains, a music shell, dog park, gardens and a grand view of Music Hall as well as Memorial Hall. It is a classic downtown opportunity to capture the feel of a buzzing community.
